Tender Stage Assistance

We provide valuable support at the tender stage, helping assess project requirements and advising on realistic programme lengths. In addition, we can help create rate cards and tender analysis to align with your client’s expectations, ensuring clear cost control and efficiency from the outset.

CDM & Traffic Management

Our team can also assist with the design and set-up of a CDM site, addressing buildability challenges and developing clear construction phase plans. Blackoak can also help assist with traffic management, ensuring safe and efficient site access for all stakeholders.

Engineering Collaboration

We work closely with structural engineers to design road specifications and build-ups, ensuring every detail is fit for purpose. We also liaise with site engineers to create precise datum points, reducing the risk of costly mistakes and keeping the project on track.
