Quality Management
The purpose of this policy is to establish Blackoak Contracts Ltd’s commitment to quality in all areas of our groundworks and construction operations. Our goal is to consistently meet or exceed client expectations by delivering services that are safe, efficient, compliant, and of the highest standard.
Training & Competency
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all employees and subcontractors of
Blackoak Contracts are trained, competent, and capable of performing their duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Data Protection / GDPR
This policy outlines how Blackoak Contracts collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. It ensures that all personal data is handled lawfully, transparently, and securely.
Lone Working

The purpose of this policy is to set out Blackoak Contracts’ commitment to managing construction and excavation waste responsibly and in compliance with environmental legislation. The policy aims to reduce environmental impact, promote recycling and reuse, and ensure that all waste is handled,
stored, and disposed of legally and safely.
Subcontractor Management
The purpose of this policy is to define the procedures and responsibilities for selecting, managing, and monitoring subcontractors working on behalf of Blackoak Contracts. The goal is to ensure that all subcontractors meet our high standards for health & safety, quality, compliance, and performance.
