Modular (or Volumetric) building is fast becoming one of the most popular forms or modern building especially across due the Education, Commercial and a lot of Residential Sectors. As the buildings are pre-fabricated up to 80% of the construction is completed offsite meaning the buildings can be completed in around a 6–8-week timescale.
